Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During large drops or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• United States: $4 flat rate on orders under $50
• Free shipping (U.S. only): Orders $50 and up
• Canada: $16 flat rate on all orders

Carriers

We ship via USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for U.S. orders, and slightly longer for Canadian shipments.

Packaging

To keep shipping affordable and reduce waste, we use minimal, eco-friendly packaging. You may receive your yarn in reused or recycled mailers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for delays or losses in transit. If your tracking shows no movement for over 7 days, please contact us at jadestitchshop@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
