🧢 What kind of yarn do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality, hand-dyed yarn from indie dyers. Most skeins are previously owned but in like-new condition β€” unused, unwound, and carefully inspected.

πŸ“¦ Is the yarn brand new?

Not always. JadeStitch focuses on rehoming luxury yarns β€” think of it as a curated destash. All yarn is unused and in excellent condition, some are in their original packaging. We've found that most former owners of luxury yarns take really good care of them!

🎁 Do you offer fancy packaging or gift wrapping?

No β€” to keep costs low and reduce waste, we ship with minimal, packaging wit without frills. Your yarn may come in recycled mailers or reused wrapping.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Jadestich is located in CT so shipping time will vary based on buyer distance from CT.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

πŸ’¬ Can I return or exchange yarn?

All sales are FINAL. Because we deal in limited, one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at jadestitchshop@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
