• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

📦 Shipping

• We ship via USPS with tracking.
• Currently shipping to U.S. and Canadian addresses only.
• US Shipping is $4 flat rate
• Canadian shipping is $18 flat rate 
• Free US shipping on orders over $100.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.

🧶 Product Notes

• Yarn colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• Some items (like destash yarn) are previously owned but in excellent condition — details will always be noted in the listing.
