All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products — many of which are previously owned, discontinued, or one-of-a-kind — we are unable to restock returned items. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Order Issues

If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item sent), please contact us at jadestitchshop@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.

Condition Disclosure

All yarn is thoroughly inspected before shipping. We only list items that are in excellent, unused condition unless otherwise stated in the product description.
